Terms and Conditions
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate shipment details
- Submit valid KYC and documents
- Ensure goods comply with Indian laws
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Prohibited Items
We do NOT handle:
- Illegal goods
- Hazardous materials (without declaration)
- Restricted items as per Indian customs rules
- Narcotics, weapons, explosives
- Fake or counterfeit goods
Any violation may result in cancellation without refund or client will be responsible for any Legal action.
Loss, Damage & Liability
We are not liable for:
- Customs seizures
- Delays beyond our control
Limited liability applies to physical loss or damage. Maximum liability is limited to:
- Shipment value OR
- A fixed amount (₹5,000), whichever is lower
High-value shipments must be insured by the client.
Storage & Demurrage
- Free storage period is limited
- After that, daily storage charges apply
- Airport/airline demurrage must be paid by the client
Communication
- Updates may be provided via phone, WhatsApp, or email
- It is the client's responsibility to stay reachable
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
